The Full Story.
UPDATE: I got a reply from the Chobots team, but with bad news. It said "I regret we cannot give you your status back" so I guess that's the final answer..

The reason I'm writing this post is because there is still a lot of confusion over why I actually got de-modded so I decided to post an e-mail I sent to the Chobots team a few months ago (I still haven't got a reply back yet). Here it is:

The reason I'm writing this post is because there is still a lot of confusion over why I actually got de-modded so I decided to post an e-mail I sent to the Chobots team a few months ago (I still haven't got a reply back yet). Here it is:
Hi Chobots,
Okay so once I was chatting with my long-time friend Will on Skype. Out of nowhere, he asked me if he can go on one of my agent accounts named "Joe". I thought "why not?" because he is an agent on another game I'm part of too and I did not use Joe often. I gave him the account, assured he knew the agent rules and told him if anything went wrong he should contact me. When we talked again a few weeks later, he offered to buy citizenship for the account and premium items. I told him that its purely his choice but he has to know that I may take back the account at any time because I am still the rightful owner of it (though I did say I will not take it back since he did buy citizenship). He agreed and bought citizenship and premium items. He even offered to buy it on my other agent account "mutey" but I rejected his offer, because I don't think letting someone else buy me citizenship was right.
So then he was playing on the account, getting out there and helping other players. He made lots of friends and one of them included "Sparky2k9". This went really well until I caught him inviting non-agents to the agent HQ one day. I warned him about it and told him not to do it again (i did not yell at him). He over-reacted though, and GAVE ME THE ACCOUNT BACK. I had no intention to ever take it back myself. I insisted that he kept the account but he just said he was causing too much trouble and was ashamed. A month or so went by and my good friend "Zoozach" came back from his vacation. I've known him for a long time and, well, for a welcome-back present I decided to let him go on my account Joe. I couldn't think why I shouldn't let him because he was a former agent and nobody was using Joe anymore.
His friend, Sparky2k9, then found out that Will is no longer in possession of Joe. He got very angry, compiled some pictures of Zoozach talking on Joe and sent it to Chobots support. Guess what happened then? You guys immediately de-modded, assuming that the information was correct and banned me when you saw the e-mail. You didn't even give me a chance to explain and you practically forced me to give back Chobots Support. I don't know why that was necessary though, I really liked being support. I can still contribute to Chobots even if I'm not a moderator (my knowledge and experience stays the same) :|. I know what I did was a mistake (trading accounts) but I really learned from it and you guys should've given me another chance…

I knew it was just a big mistake. I was on your side the whole time buddy. :)
I think you should e-mail them again because if they wanted to reply they would reply the next day or the day after that.
I hope they under stand 8)

And support wont give you a second chance to even let you EXPLAIN what happend.

When people get demoded/agented like when asmi got de-agented they never replyed to me i just dont get it!

since were tellin the truth here. i would like to say sparky told me it was all a hoax. that u really didnt do anything bad :) i still dislike u tho. and it was basically will's fault. thats ok i dislike him even more than u.
Cat... you are my friend, buddy. I love you... as a friend xD! You were always a good guy, and I found it hard to believe after you got demodded. Sparky admitted it was a hoax... he should be deagented. Sparky pulled off the ultimate prank... a very bad one. Will, well... I dunno. But I hope you get your moderator badge back. You deserve it. P.S. Haven't seen xat.com/chobotcat (chatwithcat.tk) active in a while. Is it still runnig?

It wasn't very good of you to let Will use your account, You know the Rules As A Mod Cat! It was there when you registered your Chobot...But people make mistakes or they take a risk and trust.
Sparky I have alot to say about him.
He should NEVER pull stupid pranks like that!
@Cat he always wanted to be a mod, he looked up to you and was jealous and he TOOK that badge away from you hoping to be a replacement mod.
I think you should have another chance, because it was Sparky's and Will's fault for messing with you and your Chobot.

To be honest cat, idk what to think. On one hand alot of ppl suport you, but trading acc's is kinda against the rules. Out of anyone to know this more is a mod. To be honest, i am sitting on the fence, idk what to think :/ And also, yes everyone deserves second chances, but some ppl on cho have never had second chances... But i would like to say i hope to see you on cho. I am not being biased, i just dont know what to think
Hi Cat! Listen, I, too, do not know what to expect. You are 1 of my grateful friends, and no matter how much a friend means to you, never do something that you might regret. I knew you didn't know you were going to be de-modded (of which you shouldn't have). Agreeing with Gymore, you need another chance. Get out there like there's no tomorrow. Say of what happened..say that it was a mistake. Cat, helping, supporting, jokin' around..still. Pranks and gimmicks like that aren't going to do you any good.
I do hope this WON'T stop our friendship. Maybe you won't have that badge, but who actually wants it? People might say YOU DON'T CARE?! Actually, no, I don't. Becoming so crowded you can't even see, asking for adds, trying to say 1 thing, but your hands become numb of the typing, can't even go out in 1 place without hiding first? Is that really what it's worth? No, I don't think so. It's like you and William switched. You were a moderator, that everyone loved seeing, then a game was pulled on you. Again, like Gymore said, he looked up to you, but never really a close buddy, just all of the jealousy confused you..and him! Collapsing your reputation on this game, grabbing that account and secretly slipping you away. He was grabbing on you for dear life, then realized that everyone was worried for you. Let go..just like that! Taking your fame and glory, leaving you in the bottom of the pit.
This will NOT destroy you like a crushed brick, right?! Nope. It better not. I hope you will read this, become as strong as you were, climb on up out of that dark place, and take care of this argument. Well, I could write more, but you'd probably fall asleep! xP Seriously, don't hide in the shadows..fly out like Super Man! DO NOT LET THIS RUIN YOU! >:(

I think you deserve a second chance. You were one of the nicest people on chobots, and you did not deserve to be de-modded. The prank that Sparky pulled on you was very mean. It is William's and Sparky's fault. I really hope you can join the team again, and make sure you don't give up. I know you don't know me, but I've seen you. I really wish you luck!
You're talking about Chobots (VAYERSOFT!!!) here, they give NO exceptions. Which is up setting
